He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gary Henry Norwood. He is survived by: his parents, Rev. James E. Millsaps and Constance "Adoree" Ervin Millsaps of Lenoir; his children, Jordan Debro, Addison Jade Millsaps and Little James Jarae Millsaps of Morganton; his wife Taylor Paige Millsaps of Morganton; his siblings, Mitchell DeHaven Millsaps of Lenoir and Jamila Jeanette Millsaps of Lenoir; and his grandparents, Jeanette E. Norwood of Lenoir, Rev. James R. Millsaps, Rachel Parsons Millsaps of Taylorsville and Leroy Glass of Morganton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
