He was predeceased by: his parents, John Packard and Trula Packard. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Packard; his children, John Packard, Jane Stabler (Curtis) and James Packard; his brothers, John "Jack" Packard and Richard Packard; and his cousin Ron Turpin of Lenoir.
