He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Smith and James "Ivey" Roberts; his wife Jeanette Carole McDade; and his siblings, Marcus Roberts, Helen Watson and Patricia Holt.

He is survived by: his children, James "Chris" Roberts (Ellen) and Carol McCall (Mike); his siblings, Kenneth Roberts, Basil Roberts, Inez Morrison and Theresa Barlow; and his grandchildren, Abby Still (Warren) and Katherine Moore.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the charity of your choice.
