He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hambrick and Corabell Kyte Hambrick; his siblings, Harold Hambrick, John Hambrick, Eddie Hambrick, Kenneth Hambrick, Mary Jo Martin, Norma Love Debeneaddo and Helen Hambrick; and his pets, Mugzi, Mitzi and Daisy.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Trivett Hambrick; his sons, Greg Hambrick (Kathy) of Atlanta Georgia, Jack Hambrick, Jr. (Leslie) of Vale, NC and Jerry Hamby (Patty) of Morganton, NC; his brothers, Mack Hambrick of Tennessee, Howard Hambrick of Tennessee and Clyde Hambrick, Jr. of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Chris Hambrick, David Hambrick, Jacob Hambrick, Katie Hambrick, Cati Hambrick and Nikki Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Stacia Hambrick, Milo Hambrick, Rhys Hambrick, Layla Jenkins, Miya Jenkins, Tyson Jenkins and Kent Hambrick; and his great great grandchildren, Caroline Pulliam and Naomi Baker.
