He was predeceased by: his mother Lori Shannon Simmons; and his grandfather William Ted Simmons. He is survived by: his father Chad Main; his grandmother Janice Simmons; his aunt Teddie Simmons; his uncle Monty Simmons; his cousin Cory Hathcock; and his son Levi.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Greer-McElveen Funeral Home and Crematory (725 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
