It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isaac Manual Shatley Jr. of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Manual Shatley, Sr. and Viola Mae Hoyle Shatley; and his sister Deanna Deloris Shatley. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Dare" Collins; his children, Isaac Michael Shatley of Lenoir and Kristie Edmisten (Keith) of Lenoir; his siblings, Kevin Shatley (Toni) of Lenoir, Kay Greene (Bill) of Taylorsville, Teresa Pritchard of Lenoir and Gail Dyson of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Brittany Philyaw, Justin Shatley, Jacob Shatley, Shyana Shatley, Bryson Shatley and Lexie Shatley; and his great grandchildren, Kiley Clark and Khalil Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
