We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2020, at the age of 95, Iona Warlick Hamby (Lenoir, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carl Abernathy and Maudie Cook Abernathy; and her children, James Gary Warlick and Nancy Louise Warlick. She is survived by: her daughter Jenois Warlick Mast; her daughter-in-law Joyce Hoffman Warlick; her grandsons, Monty Warlick (Donna), Gabe Warlick and Christopher Mast (Vivian); her brothers, Larry Abernathy and Julius Abernathy; and her great grandchildren, Sidney, Ava, Bailey, Courtney Warlick, Alexis, Scarlet and Chloe Mast.
