Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Howard Hedrick of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 90, on July 16, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hedrick and Effie Hedrick; his wife Gladys Lucille "Lu" Hedrick; his son Cory Lane Hedrick; and his siblings, Ernest Hedrick, Melvin Hedrick, Albert Hedrick, T. D. Hedrick, Christine Walker and Betty Duffey.

He is survived by: his children, Jody Hedrick (Martha) and Julie Raper (Eddie); his brother Clay Hedrick (Rema); his sisters-in-law, Emily Hedrick and Annie Hedrick (Ernest); and his grandchildren, Christopher Raper (Katelyn), Lindsey Killian (Nick) and Curtis Gene Hedrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
