It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel L. Taylor Setzer of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dixon Taylor and Mary Ayers Taylor; her husband Horatio Setzer; her sons, Marty Setzer and Greg Setzer; and her sister Edith Watson of Hudson.

She is survived by: her children, Tony G. Setzer (Leslie) of Potosi, Missouri and Anita Sanders (Alan) of Lenoir. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
