Hazel Brookshire Davis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Brookshire Davis of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Lester; and her husband James "Elgie" Davis. She is survived by: her sons, James D. Davis (Mary) of Lenoir, Bruce Davis (Delbra) of Charlotte, John Davis (Diane) of Lenoir and Mike Davis (Christl) of Lenoir; and her caregivers, Sara Howell Hartzog and Judy Reid. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
