He is survived by: his spouse Dorethea L. Howell; and his siblings, Dallas Howell, Bennie Howell (Sonia), Clinton Howell (Patricia), Linda Borbor, Pastor Brenda Corpening (Al) and Ollie Bailey (Allen). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
