He is survived by: his daughter Melody Moore of Morganton; his siblings, Delorise Ragins (Andre) of Mooresville and Robert Lee Powell Jr. of Lenoir; his grandsons, Austin of Lenoir and Elijah Deloatch of Lenoir; and his great grandchildren, McKinley, Belle, Owen and Alayah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
