He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Hollar; and his grandparents, Troy, Beatrice Johnson, Ellen and Grady Hollar.
He is survived by: his father Norman Johnson; his siblings, Chris Johnson, Jennifer Carter and Ambra Bowlin (Jeffrey Miller); his nieces, Miciah Brooke Stiles and Annie Mae Wilcox; and his nephew Jordan Zackory Stiles.
