He was predeceased by: his father Jay Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Gregory Duncan (Stephanie) and Grace Shook (Raven); his stepson Cody Myers; his grandchildren, Balin, Parker, Josiah and Maverick; and his stepmother Jean Duncan. He is also survived by two brothers, and one step sister.
