He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Cole of Los Angeles, CA and John (Tammy Gaston) of Lenoir, NC; and his grandchildren, Amanda Gaston, John Gaston, Brittany Cole, Billy Cole and Nathan Gun. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
