She was predeceased by: her father Lee Summerow. She is survived by: her spouse Whared Carl Shaw; her sons, Thomas Teague Jr. and Tony Dean Teague; and her brothers, James "Jim" Robert Summerow and Jerry Thomas Summerow. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
