He was predeceased by: his parents, Windom Gragg and Vinie Coffey Gragg; his daughter Cynthia Gragg; and his sisters, Mildred Ivey, Omie Coffey, Thelma Houston, Ruby Crisp, Carolyn Poteat and Nelda Mahan.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Gragg; his children, Brian Gragg (Karen), Tim Gragg (Jessica) and Tammy Gragg (Terry); his sisters, Ruth Houston and Janice Smith; and his grandchildren, Ian Gragg, Justin Gragg, Monica Gilvin, Summer Gragg, Haley Gragg and Gaige Gragg. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
