Gary Steven Cozart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 74, Gary Steven Cozart of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Steven Cozart and Margaret Curtis Cozart; and his brother Lester Cozart. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Coffey Cozart; his sons, Gary Steven Cozart, Jr. of Archdale and Fred Steven Cozart (Karen) of Kings Creek; his stepson Jeffrey Lane Hamby of Lenoir; his daughter Margie Cozart Moore (Steven) of Stony Point; his stepdaughter Candie Winebarger of Lenoir; and his siblings, Roger Cozart (Glenda) of Hudson, Scott Cozart (Sarah) of Lenoir, Irene Tolbert of Lenoir and Debbie Richardson (Jack) of Greensboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
