He was predeceased by: his parents, David Henry Baldwin, Sr. and Lois Deal Baldwin; and his siblings, Dennis Baldwin, David Henry Baldwin, Jr., Roger Dale Baldwin, Evelyn Baldwin Barnes and Wanda Baldwin Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Chad Lee Baldwin (Susan); his granddaughter Katherine "Katie" Lee-Ann Baldwin; his sister Marilyn Baldwin Cardwell; and his significant other Linda Baker Baldwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Zack's Fork Baptist Church (1505 Zacks Fork Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
