She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rexford Hamby and Betty Coffey Hamby; her husband Ronnie Pennell; her brothers, Garry Blaine Hamby of Lenoir and Robin McRay Hamby (Lisa) of Virginia; her niece Meredith Joder (Jason); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominic, Trinity and Malachi; her nephew Nick Hamby; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor and Kelsey; and her brother-in-law Rick Pennell (Pam Martin Pennell).
