She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Cloer and Nancy Cloer; her husband Bobby Phillips; and her brother Carroll Cloer. She is survived by: her sons, James (Lisa), John (Renea), Darrell and Carroll Phillips; her grandchildren, Brandon, Brett Phillips, Jennifer Helton and Erin Wright; her great grandchildren, Kylee Wright, Addison Wright, Emma Wright, Rhylee Enloe and Easton Fuss; and her sisters, Faye Mullis of Huntersville and Opal Bryant of Charlotte.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yadkin Baptist Church (2044 Roby Martin Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either Shriners Hospitals for Children or the Caldwell County Animal Shelter.
