He was predeceased by: his stepfather Kenneth Tolbert. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Summerlin and Sandra Severt Tolbert of Lenoir; his stepmother Donna Summerlin of Hudson; his wife Lisa Keene Summerlin; his daughter Kelly Kincaid (Chad) of Troutman; his sisters, Peggy Sweitzer (Doug) of Statesville and Vicki Bish of Lenoir; his half-sister Randi Fowler of Hickory; and his grandson Blake Kincaid. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
