He is survived by: his wife Gazelle Watson Trivette; his sons, Jody Trivette (Kimberly) of Lenoir and Andrew Trivette (Hillary) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Donovan Hicks (Jasmine), Heather Roland (William), Amberly Hicks (Matthew), Valencia Koenig and Jacob Koenig; and his great grandchildren, Augustus Trivette, Willow Bledsoe and Aritrea Roland. He is also survived by four half-sisters.
