She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Clint Lewis and Virginia Potter Lewis; her husband Robert Mullett; her sons, Douglas Mullett and Robert Mullett; her siblings, Fred Lewis, Jack Lewis, Lessie Haney, Shirley Miller and Mabel Woodring; and her grandson Justin Mullett.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Mullett, Terry Mullett (Meg), Bryan Mullett (Jeanette) and Brenda Edge (Albert); her siblings, David Lewis (Judy) and Bessie Henson; her grandchildren, Kevin Kiser (Martha), Kenny Kiser (Angel), Ashley Moses, Jacob Mullett, Amber Mullett, Eric Mullett and Kelly Dishman (Andy); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Grace, Kingston, Theo, Rowan, Summer, Kevin, Carter, River, Fern, Maisie and Madison; and her pet Betsey.
