She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Hawkins and Hettie Sanders Hawkins; her husband Aaron Bolick; and her siblings, Violet Hawkins, Zelma Coffey, Dean Annas, Naomi Beane, Perry Hawkins and Ross Hawkins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Novella Benfield (Jerry), Hurley Hawkins and Grady Hawkins (Linda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Foundation or The American Diabetes Association in Eloise's name.
