He was predeceased by: his brother Jeremy Summerow. He is survived by: his parent Ashley Johnson; his sisters, Kaylee Johnson and Valerie Hope Summerow; his grandparents, John, Sharon Papillion and Dale Summerow; his uncle John Papillion; and his aunt Courtney Youngberg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and other family members.
