It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna May Kirby of Lenoir, North Carolina, born in Todd, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Harrison Stephens and Biddie Lewis Stephens; her husband Roy Kirby; and her brothers, Hurl, Don, Millard Jr., Herbert, Odel, Paul and Charles.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Cornett (Tim); and her grandson Trenton of Lenoir.
