He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bolick and Ruth Bowman Bolick; his brother Tony A. Bolick; and his nephew Jeff Bolick. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bivens Bolick; his children, Mark Bolick (Melissa) of Lenoir and Marsha Ann Bolick of Southport; his grandchildren, Jonathan Bolick, Meredith Lund and Dalton Isaac; and his nephew David Bolick.
