He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hollar; his children, David Hollar, Alan Hollar, Derek Hollar and Crystal Crotts; his stepchildren, Karen Morgan, Tim Martin and Todd Martin; and his siblings, Paul Hollar, Debra Teeters and Kim King.
