She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry David Mactavish and Alice Marie Mactavish; her husband Robert Warila, Jr.; her siblings, Harry D. Mactavish, Joseph Albert Mactavish, William Alexander Mactavish, Charles Edward Crayton and Joyce Lee Crayton Swiger; her sons, Harold "David" Dwane Mayfield and Charles Lee Mayfield; and her grandchildren, H. David Dwane "DJ" Mayfield and Donna Rosemary Mayfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda M. Mayfield (Hunter) of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Bowser of Fitchburg Mass and Lee Mayfield (Jessica) of Lenoir; her great grandchildren, Fiona Mayfield-Greene, Lilly Bowser, David Lee Mayfield and Emma Marie Mayfield; her cousin John Edward Weaver (Sue); and her close friend Norma Schofield.
