She is survived by: her husband Nalphus Bernard "Buddy" Johnson, Jr.; her son Jeremy Pate Johnson of Clayton; her parents, Walter "Jack" Pate and Virginia "Jink" Croom Pate; and her brother Randy Allen Pate of Kinston. She is also survived by family members and friends.
