She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cleveland and Annie Walker Holsclaw; and her siblings, Pansy Walker, Cloyd Holsclaw and Paul Holsclaw.
She is survived by: her daughter Pat; her son-in-law Larry Andrews; her grandson Clint Andrews (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Andrews, Isaac Andrews and Carter Andrews; and her siblings, Betty Holsclaw, Joyce Townsend (Ed), Sue Mitchell, Lois Watson and Tommy Holsclaw (Ann). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
