He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Gregory C. Bolick, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Dean G. Holzmann and Reva Ashley Bolick; and his grandparents, Leslie Penley of Lenoir, Gus Bolick of Lenoir, Jean Mangano (Frank) of Hickory and Dean Holzmann (Jola) of Bayville, NY. He is also survived by several uncles and other family members.
