He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth O'Neil McCall Weaver and Lester Madison Weaver; and his brother John Lester Weaver, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Mike Weaver (Kathy) of Winston-Salem, NC, Leslie Baird (Eddie) of Marion, NC and Matt Weaver (Amy) of Waxhaw, NC.; his grandchildren, Kyndall Weaver, Aubrey Weaver, Chase Baird, Seth Baird, Sam Weaver and Georgia Weaver; his sister Rachel "Ginger" Bley of Dudley Shoals; and his nieces and nephews, Katie and Lizzy. He is also survived by his other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartland Baptist Church (3730 Hartland Rd, Morganton, NC 28655). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
