He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd "Bud" C. Barlow and Thelma Smith Barlow; and his brother Roy Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Roberts Barlow; his children, Elizabeth Barlow Gray (Keith) and Buddy James Barlow (Cathy); his grandchildren, Caleb Gray, Chase Barlow Gray, Alison Barlow and Faith Barlow; and his sister Cathy Barlow Gragg (Tony).
