He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mikeal and Frances Clark Mikeal. He is survived by: his wife Susan Byerley Mikeal; his children, Courtney Mikeal (Daniel Shull) and Jason Mikeal (Emily); his sister Meleah Mikeal; and his granddaughters, Haley Pierce (Casey) and Emma Mikeal.
