He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stallings and Mary Stallings Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Stallings; his children, Bryne Stallings and Jeana Shehan-Hamby (Tim); his grandchildren, Josh Shehan (Brittany) and Mallorie Garrison (Nate); his great grandchildren, Levi, Sadie, Waylon and Adilye Shehan; and his brothers, Kenneth Stallings (Rachel) and Larry Stallings (Sandy).
