He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Robbins and Louise Coffey Rhodes; his wife Carolyn Kirby Robbins; his siblings, Tommy Robbins, Dayton Robbins and Marie Baldwin; and his grandson James Clay Mitcham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Robbins Boyce (Timothy) of Lenoir, Tammie Leah Robbins (Clyde) of Lenoir and Della Marie Brown (Tracey) of Lenoir; his adoptive son Chris Farley; his siblings, Johnny Robbins (Nelda) of Lenoir, Paul H. Robbins of Whitnel, Sue Owens (Earl) of Hudson, Mary Robbins of Lenoir, Angel Philyaw (Jeff) of Collettsville, Kathy Beard of Gamewell and Wanda Young of Washington; his grandchildren, Ashley Arnette, Megan Mitcham, Monica Triplett (Joshua), Rodney Tyler Boyce, Emily Davis and Daulton Shoun; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Boyce, Landon Boyce, Adrianna Boyce, Danika Arnette, Adeline Barnes and Sebastian Lainez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
