He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivey Roy Penley and Ethel Greer Penley Clarence; his wife Myrtle Moses Penley; and his brothers, Kenneth Penley, Roy Penley and Edgar Penley.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Cook (Timothy), Todd Hudson, Joe Hudson and Ronnie Hudson; and his siblings, Robert Penley and Mary Louise Keller (Harold). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
