He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Marvin and Marshleen Hamby Billings; his daughters, Monica Stough (Timothy) of Lenoir and Sophia Watson (David) of Lenoir; his brother Sammy Dean Billings (Ethel) of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Amber Clement, Jacob Clement and Dalton Clement; and his great grandchild Alexi Clement.
