He is survived by: his wife Judy Waters Watson; his children, Tim Watson (Becky) of Lenoir and Tammy Daye (Ken) of Lenoir; his sister Wanda Harmon of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Keesha Franklin, Roxie Shook (William), Kendall Daye and Kendra Daye; his great grandchildren, Brianna Franklin, Peyton Laws and Dylan Smith (Roxy); and his great great grandchild Nowah Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
