With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Weeks Troutman of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on August 16, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Baxter S. Troutman and Bertha Weeks Troutman. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Troutman; his son Captain Stuart C. Troutman; his daughter-in-law Rachel; his grandchildren, Grace, Sam, Max and Seth; and his siblings, Howard Preston Troutman (Janice) of Lake Wales, FL and Sally Troutman Estes (Darryl) of Winston Salem, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local Rotary Club in Lenoir.
