He was predeceased by: his father Charles Munday; and his sisters, Mary Herman and Shirley Reid. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Mundy (Crystal) and Michael Mundy (Vickie); his caregiver Tina Keller; his sisters, Evelyn Hines and Charlene Townsend; his granddaughters, Karsyn and Kailey (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Kylah, Jocelyn and Caden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Caldwell Animal Shelter and St Jude Hospital.
