He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil C. Gragg and Dollie C. Gragg; and his siblings, Arvil Gragg, Homer Gragg, Richard Gragg, Troy Gragg, Lockwood Gragg and Jessie Greene.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Gragg; his son Charles Kevin Gragg (Bonita K. Gragg); his brothers, Kenneth Gragg and Tony Gragg; his grandson Patrick Larkin Gragg; his great grandchild William Larkin Gragg; his granddaughter Susan Martin; and his great grandchild Ava Grace Martin.
