She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Lester Yount and Charlotte Lindsay Shell Yount; her husband Charles Weeks Troutman; and her siblings, Stuart L., Cecil E. Yount and Patricia Yount Huffman.
She is survived by: her son Timothy C. Troutman (Michelle); her granddaughter Elizabeth Grace of Lenoir; her son Stuart C. Troutman (Rachel); her grandsons, Samuel of Lake Placid, FL, Maxen of Lake Placid, FL and Seth of Lake Placid, FL; and her cousin Bobby Lon Yount (Elizabeth) of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Service & Crematory (1070 Taylorsville Rd SE, Lenoir, NC 28645). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
