She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Boston; her husband Donald "Dude" Lee Brown; and her siblings, Larry Boston, Eugene Boston and Betty Bostian Sain.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Carol Brown of Lenoir; and her nieces and nephews, Lori C. Beaver (Duane) of Catawba, Monica Boston Perry (Victor) of Blowing Rock, Cindy Reece (Bill) of Moorestown, TN, Beth Bell of Etowah, NC, Joy C. Lewis (Terry) of Denver, Amy C. Gosnell (Darren) of Lincolnton, Wesley Boston (Monica) of Columbia, SC and Clay Carpenter (Cathy) of Statesville.
