He is survived by: his close friend Candace Richey; his children, Lee Worth (Destiny) of Lenoir, Jack Worth of Lenoir, Ryan Walton of Jacksonville, NC, Jessica Denton (Josh) of Valdese, Jamie Bader (Ryan) of Boone, Sarah Worth of Icard and Letisha Walton of Louisiana; and his brothers, Ed Worth (Shannon) of New York, George Worth (Debbie) of New York and Larry Worth (Sandy) of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
