He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Marley and Elizabeth Marley; his wife Debbie Swanson Marley; and his siblings, Annie Sue Marley, Junior, Tommy, Billy Joe, Robert, Dee, Grover, Bobby and Clayton.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandy Starnes (Wes); his grandchildren, Zack Starnes and Hannah Starnes Strayer (Teddy); his siblings, Nina Beavers, Ethel Greene (Danel) and Richard Marley; and his sisters-in-law, LouElla Marley and Virigie Marley.
