He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Suddreth Woodward and Harold George Woodward of Lenoir, NC.; and his son Barry Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dunford Woodward; his children, Barbara Woodward and Douglas Woodward; his daughter-in-law Kristin; his grandsons, Cody, Hunter, Connor and Holden; and his sisters, Shirley Grigsby (James) and Judi Musick (Glen).
