She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Williams and Elsie Pritchard Williams; her husband Arthur Yale Braswell; and her siblings, W. R. Williams, Clinton Williams, Kenneth Williams and Austine Moody.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Tilger of Lenoir, Sherri Deck of Lenoir, Charlene Story (Stephen) of Granite Falls and Darlene Richardson of Lenoir; and her siblings, Cecil Williams of Lenoir, Clarice Griffin of Lenoir and Janice Laws of Hudson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
